David A. Weeks and Ken M. Goodman established Risk Management & Engineering, Ltd. (RME) in 2003. Under this leadership, RME offers more than 35 years of combined technical, management, and customer focused experience.

RME's principals not only bring a strong technical and regulatory knowledge to their clients, we are distinguished by our litigation experience from both a defense and plaintiff perspective. RME's regulatory and litigation experience spans the U.S. EPA Water, Superfund, Air, and RCRA programs, as well as the IAQ industry.
